불파음화와 경음화의 실현 양상 분석 - 중국인 학습자언어를 대상으로

이 연구에서는 중국인 학습자언어를 대상으로 불파음화와 경음화의 실현 양상에 대해 고찰했다. 중급 수준의 중국인 학습자가 발화한 문장을 녹음하고, 녹음 자료에서 불파음화와 경음화가 적용될 환경인 ‘VC1․C2V’가 포함된 어절을 대상으로 오류분석, 청취 판단 분석, 음향적 분석을 실시했다. 그 결과, 1) 경음화와 관계된 오류 유형은 C1을 누락하고 C2를 평음으로 발음하는 경우, C1을 유성음으로 대치하고, C2를 평음으로 발음하는 경우, C1을 불파음으로 발음하고 C2를 기음이나, 평음으로 발음한 경우로 분류할 수 있었다. 2) C1의 불파음화가 일어나지 않은 경우 C2의 경음화도 나타나지 않아 두 규칙 간에 높은 상관성을 나타냈다. 3) 길이 특성은 경음화음과 평음 두 범주 간에 뚜렷하게 구별되는 차이를 보였다.
Abstract
In this study I performed error analysis and a phonetic analysis on the syllable final plosive and glottalization of Korean. The data of this study is the Chinese learner's language. I recorded the utterance of my subjects whose Korean proficiency was about the third grade of S-TOPIK. The error which is related to the unreleased and glottalized sound can be classified 4 groups. Group 1: C1 are omitted and C2 are not glottalized, and this group is the most frequent error type. Group 2: C1 are replaced with voiced sound and C2 are not glottalized. Group 3: C1 are unreleased and C2 are aspirated or not glottalized. Group 4: C1 are unreleased at the wrong place, C2 are glottalized. I explained the reason of these errors by some cause which is the phonetic value of Korean unreleased and glottalized sound, the universal preference of phoneme sequence, and the negative transfer of the learner's mother tongue. According to the identification test, I classified 4 groups. Group 1: C1 are unreleased, C2 are glottalized. Group 2: C1 are not unreleased, C2 are not glottalized. Group 3: C1 are unreleased but C2 are not glottalized. Group 4: C1 are not unreleased, C2 are glottalized. Group 1 and 2 take about above 95%. This means unreleased sound is a trigger of glottalization in the learner's language. I measured some acoustic cues, duration ratio of V1, C1C2 in the V1C1C2V2, formant transition and pitch. On this measurement, I concluded the duration ratio are used to differentiate lenis and glottalized sound.
