수업비평이 교사 전문성 신장은 물론, 수업 변화 및 혁신에 기여하고 있음이 많은 연구자들의 연구와 교사들의 현장 실천을 통해 드러나고 있다. 본 연구는 수업비평을 보다 심화, 확대시킴으로 우리 수업문화의 개선에 도움이 되고자 리더로서의 수업비평 전문가를 양성하는 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 수업비평 전문가의 용어 정의와 함께 우리나라에서 행해지고 있는 다양한 수업비평 연수 프로그램을 분석하고, 수업비평 전문가 4명을 선정하여 이들의 의견을 수렴하여 전문가 양성 프로그램을 구성하였다. 기초-심화-전문가 과정의 모형을 구성하고 각 단계에 따른 주요 행동 목표와 활동 내용을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Class Critique Training Program to be deepened and expanded for helping change of class culture and training Class Critique leaders in school. With the definition of the class critique experts, we analyzed the various other class critique training programs are being done in Korea. Also, depending on four Class Critique experts’ opinion and feedback we constructed the Class Critique Training Program. Basic – Deepened - Expert process model was constructed and presented the activities and major behavioral objectives for each stage.
