Lu Gui Meng(陸龜蒙) was a famous poet on the Last Tang. His poetry is included in his Li ze cong shu(「笠澤叢書」) and Song ling ji(「松陵集」). A quantity of Poems on thing is 166 poems. This study make an analysis of theme and poet’s intention on Poems on thing. The outcome of study, the main features of Poems on thing of Lu Gui Meng(陸龜蒙) are the three aspect. The first, Poems on thing of Lu Gui Meng(陸龜蒙) resort to several varieties of theme. The second, Poems on thing of Lu Gui Meng(陸龜蒙) is based on daily life, composed mainly a poem of hermit. His Poems on thing is imbued with an refined character. The third, through Poems on thing of Lu Gui Meng(陸龜蒙), ascertain where he is poet of hermit.
