李覯의 詠物詩 내용 분석

Abstract

Li Gou is a very characteristic poet in the field of poetry of North Song Dynasty. However, there has been no further research on Li Gou’s poems for many years, because people pay more attention to his political ideology than his poems as a result of his remarkable achievements on academy. His remaining poems on objects are 50 and then which are 16% of his 300 and some poems in total. Li Gou′s poems on objects are not for aesthetic purposes but for expressing his inner consciousness of his will to cultivate himself and of his pursuit of the ideal. A revelation of his idea through true quality of object is accomplished by an observation of object in an intellectual attitude, by a cogitative inquiry. This study makes an analysis of theme and poet′s intention on poems on objects. The result of study, the main features of poems on objects of Li Gou are the two aspect. The first, The poems on objects reflect the philosophy of life. The second, His poems on objects satirize the incorrect social conditions.
