송대 ‘自得說’의 시학방법론

‘自得說’'의 주장은 경험과 체험을 중시하는 중국의 전통적 사고방식에 기초한 것으로, 송대 이후 중국의 주요 학술사상의 방법론으로 주목받았다. 송대의 학술사상은 한대 이래의 훈고학적 전통에서 벗어나 경전에 대해 새롭게 해석하려는 경향을 보여준다. ‘自得'의 궁극적 목표는 단순한 지식이 아닌 만물의 근원이자 모든 가치의 본원인 '道''이고, 이러한 '도'를 체득하는 방식은 타인의 안배나 전수에 의한 것이 아닌 스스로 생각하고 마음으로 깨닫는 과정이다. 이러한 주장은 학술사상 뿐만 아니라 사학에 있어서도 하나의 중요한 방법론으로 발전하여 또 하나의 시가창작방법론 및 시가의 감상 및 비평의 방법론을 형성하였다. 그리하여 시가창작 및 감상에 있어서 작자나 독자(감상자)의 개성과 주체성 및 다양성 등을 긍정함으로써 당시 문단의 참신한 풍조를 조성하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
A theory of 'self-getting' based on China's classical way of thinking that they had thought much of experience. 'Self-getting' is a way of conscious experience of the individual life to get 'tao'. It is not the expression with a way of speaking but in heart and its acquisition is beyond language and logical thinking. Afther this idea was insisted by MengZhi in the Warring States Period, many scholar and literary-man from the dynasty of Song till the dynasty of Ming-Qing took an interest in this idea and expanded into a more structural theory. The theory of self-getting had an influence on poetics and developed into the Methodology of poem-writing and interpretation. The Value of this theory is that admitted to an identity of writer and individuality of the creation styles and asthetic experience. And this theory provided literary-man with the possibility of a various interpretation and admited to a subjectivity of reader or appreciator. This academical trend is very meaningful in that a writer and reader got out of the trend only emphasized one writing style and one interpreting style and recognized the individuality and variety
