입지상계수를 활용한 징진지 도시군 산업특화도 변화 분석 연구

Abstract

This study analyzed the specialization of industries in the urban county of Jingjinji by utilizing the Location Quotient Analysis Method to evaluate the effect of Jingjinji industrial policy and put forward suggestions for Korea. The analysis of changes in the degree of specialization by industry by region of Jingjingji revealed the policy effectiveness of Beijing's non-capital function, which is a task that China is pushing with the most emphasis on the industrial policy of Jingjingji, by confirming the manufacturing location quotient, which is remarkably specialized mainly in Tianjin and Hebei. In addition, Beijing's industrial specialization in the knowledge-based service sector, which contains high value-added, was also shown to be higher than other regions, thus increasing its capacity as Beijing's innovation center for science and technology, which it seeks to pursue in its industrial policies. In addition, with Tianjin showing specialization in the high and middle -and low-level manufacturing sectors, and Hebei showing specialization in the mid- to low- and low-level manufacturing sectors respectively, it has been confirmed that regional specific industry arrangements along with Beijing's industry transfer are visible. However, the growing concentration of the manufacturing sector in Tianjin and Hebei is expected to make the ecological environment an important task, and the concentration of Beijing's knowledge-based service sector-reduction problem will need to be looked at carefully because it is understood that it could affect the ripple effect of future technological innovation in Tianjin and Hebei. Through this research, customized investment and export strategies for the areas of Jingjinji need to be prepared in the industrial cooperation relationship between Korea and China, and expanded policy support such as providing information on changes in management conditions for Korean companies already in the Jingjinji area.
