This paper presents a study on the concept of Chinese Internet poetic literature, its category, and the creative writing issue. Internet poetry in China refers to poetry created, presented, and disseminated online. In the late 1990s, with the penetration of the Internet, was the rise of poetry-specialized homepages and online postings of poetry. This paper focuses on 『Limit(界限)』, a web-based Chinese poetry magazine, to study the authors and the literacy of modern China online - more specifically, the authors' changes, the poetry mediums' changes, and the popularization of the poetry. In short, this paper seeks to understand the potential for Internet poetry's development as the media environment changes.
