이 글에서 나는 다음과 같이 주장한다: 현행 존엄사법, 일명 웰다잉법은 안락사 대상자의 임종기 시간 범위를 지나치게 엄격하게 제한하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 그 말의 진정한 의미에서 인간다운 죽음을 온전히 구현하고 있지 못하다. 또한 안락사 대상자의 동의 방식을 지나치게 느슨하게 규정함으로써 안락사 시행의 자의성과 임의성을 배제하지 못하는 문제를 안고 있다. 따라서 임종기로 제한되어 있는 존엄사법의 대상자의 시간 적용 범위는 더 확대되어야 하며, 또한 동시에 안락사 대상자의 동의 방식은 더 엄격해야 한다.
Abstract
In this paper My argument is as follows: the current law of death with dignity, alias dictus well-dying law limits target scopes of euthanasia to terminally ill patients very strictly, also does not realize properly the humane death in every true meaning of the word which is called realization of death with dignity. But not only that, it have a problem with not excluding arbitrariness and voluntariness of enforcement of euthanasia because of controling loosely ways of consent of the parties that want to pass peacefully away. Therefore target scopes of Euthanasia which limit to terminally ill patients have to enlarge up to legalization of aesthetic euthanasia which I argue for, and ways of consent of the parties have to have a more strict simultaneously
