유럽국가들의 돌봄레짐별 비공식 돌봄제공자(informal carer) 지원정책 비교 - 장기요양서비스를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to analyze the realities and characteristics of informal carer support policies in EU countries in terms of long-term care, and thereby to draw a implication on informal carer support policy. To achieve that, this study investigated previous studies, and then designed analysis tools including financial support policy, time support policy, service support policy and care welfare regimes. According to the analytic results, although there were different types of combination of the detailed support policies, EU countries - except Italy - performed all of the three policies. EU countries in care welfare rich regimes developed carer’s allowances and paid care leaves and EU countries in Care welfare poor regimes developed indirect financial support policies. EU countries in elderly preferential care regimes was characterized by developed an unpaid care leaves. This study indicated that it is necessary for Korea to introduce an informal carer support policy and to focus on primarily time support policy.

Abstract
