태권도 수련생의 사회연결망 구조는 수련생의 의식, 행동 등에 영향을 미치므로 태권도 수련생이 가지는 사회연결망을 이해하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 태권도 수련생을 중심으로 사회연결망 구조를 파악하며, 이러한 사회 연결망 특성이 수련지속의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 초등학생 3-6학년 수련생 334명을 대상으로 연결망 구조와 수련지속의사를 조사하였으며, 설문지와 인터뷰 방식을 혼합하여 사용하였다. 구체적인 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 수련생의 수련지속의사는 사회 연결망 구조에 따라 달라 질 수 있다. 둘째, 내향연결, 외향연결과 수련지속의사의 관계를 분석한 결과 내향연결은 수련지속의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내향연결과 수련지속의사의 관계에서 수련기간은 부정적인 조절효과가 나타났다. Johnson-Neyman 방법을 적용한 결과 2년 미만 수련자에서만 그 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 외향연결과 수련지속의사의 관계에서 수련기간은 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Taekwondo students form a kind of social system or social network structure interacting with other students. It is very important to understand the social network of Taekwondo students because the social network structure affects the consciousness and behavior of students. Therefore, this study grasps the structure of the social network in Taekwondo students and examines the effect of the social network characteristics on training adherence. 334 students from the 3rd to 6th grades of elementary school were surveyed. Questionnaires and interview methods were mixed. The specific verification results are as follows. First, Taekwondo students’ training adherence can be changed according to the structure of the social network. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between indegree, outdegree and training adherence, indegree has a positive effect on training adherence. Third, the training period had a negative control effect in the relationship between indegree and training adherence. As a result of using the Johnson-Neyman method, the effect was significant only in the novice less than 2 years. The relationship between outdegree and training adherence showed that the training period did not have a moderating effect.
