For this, this researcher analyzes the news articles produced by major newspapers about the two cases of the decision to dissolve the Unified Progressive Party and Adultery case by constitutional court of Korea. As a result, the result raises various questions to seek the answer regarding to the further discussion on the relationship between jurisdiction and media in the socio‐political context of the ever‐emerging legalism.
