Abstract
This paper examines the structural relationships between organizational effectiveness and WFC(Work Family Conflicts) which every women in public sector have experienced after entering public service. Even though a lot of researches have focused on WFC, they did not adopt the comprehensive approaches and dismissed the diverse structural relationships between WFC and effectiveness. To over those limits, after extensively reviewing the research findings, we suggest the more comprehensive model to address the effectiveness and set up the hypothesis about structural relations between variables, mediating or moderating effect. Empirical researches show that the WFC influence the effective. However those impact can be varied according to kinds of effectiveness and be mediated by other variables, implying the direct and indirect effect. In functional views, WFC takes a role as mediators between determinants and effectiveness. More, the degree of WFC's impact on effectiveness is moderated by social support and organizational support.
