경험학습 모형에 따른 청소년활동의 경로분석

본 연구의 목적은 경험학습 모형의 단계별 경로에 따라 청소년활동이 어떠한 형태로 나타나고 있는지를 검증하는데 있다. 청소년활동에 대한 연구는 효과에 많은 관심이 있었다. 그러나 그러한 효과가 어떠한 과정을 통해 청소년들에게 학습되었는지에 대해서는 학문적 이론의 제시가 약하다. 이에 본 연구는 경험학습이론에 따라 청소년활동 과정을 검증하고자 한다. 조사 기간은 2009년 10월 7일부터 11월 13일까지였으며, 연구 분석은 중·고등학생 360명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 제시되었다. 첫째, 청소년활동에서의 경험학습의 각 과정은 서로 깊은 영향을 주고 있음을 제시하였다. 이는 경험학습이론에서 제시되고 있는 학습 과정이 청소년활동에서도 그 관계성이 내재되어 진행되고 있음을 밝힌 것이다. 둘째, 청소년활동에서 경험학습의 과정이 어떠한 단계로 진행되고 있는지 그 경로는 밝힘으로써 청소년활동의 학습 과정을 제시하였다.
Abstract
he purpose of this study is to verify what type of youth activity can best serve as a learning model, as determined by stage path experience. A study of youth activity focused on the effects of the activity. However, it was found that that there was insufficient data and analysis to draw out any theories to show precisely how youth have learned about the effect of activities. Therefore, the study should verify a theory of learning by experience on the youth activity. Data from 360 subjects have been collected by means of survey from the 7th of Oct 2009 to the 13th of Nov 2009. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the stage of learning, as determined by experience of youth activity, mutually effected each other. This indicates that the learning process, as defined by the learning by experience theory, has an inherent relationship to youth activity. Second, this study elucidates at what stage the process learning by experience occurs from, and furthermore, this study makes a number of valuable suggestions regarding the learning process as it applies to activities for youth.
