미나리 즙이 과산화 지질과 알코올을 투여한 흰쥐의 체지질 구성, 간장기능 및 항산화능에 미치는 영향

Abstract

Effects of Oenanthe javanicaSap on lipid composition, liver function and oxidativecapacity were investigated in rats fed oxidized fat and ethanol. Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 183.49 ± 2.47g were distributed into four groups according to bodyweight and raised seven weeks with basal diet (normal group), basal diet, 10% oxidized fatand 50% ethanol (control group), basal diet, 10% oxidized fat, 50% ethanol and 1 mlOenanthe javanicaSap (1 ml Oenanthe javanicaSap group) and basal diet, 10% oxidized fat,50% ethanol and 1.5 ml Oenanthe javanicaSap (1.5 ml Oenanthe javanicaSap group). Totalcholesterol and triglyceride in plasma showed a tendency to decrease in Oenanthe javanicaSap groups. However HDL-cholesterol in plasma showed a high values in Oenanthe javanicaSap groups and showed no significant difference to normal group. The values of totalcholesterol and triglyceride in liver showed no significant difference in Oenanthe javanicaSap groups and normal group. The values of thiobarbituric acid in plasma and liver werelowered in the Oenanthe javanicaSap groups with no significance. Plasma GOT and GPTactivity showed a tendence to decrease in Oenanthe javanicaSap groups. The values of GSH-Px , SOD and CAT activity showed a tendence to increase in the Oenanthe javanicaSapgroups.
