기업 사이버교육생의 학업적 자기효능감, 자기조절학습능력, 온라인 과제가치가 만족도와 성취도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국내 S기업에서 사이버과정을 이수한 수강생을 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감, 자기조절학습능력, 온라인 과제가치가 만족도와 성취도에 미치는 영향 규명을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 학업적 자기효능감, 자기조절학습능력 및 온라인 과제가치를 독립변인으로, 학습자들의 만족도와 성취도를 종속변인으로 하는 가설적 모형을 상정한 다음, 2007년 S기업에서 4사분기에 4주간 진행된 사이버과정을 완수한 수강생 1,130명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 대상으로 회귀분석을 실시하여 독립변인이 종속변인에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 학업적 자기효능감, 자기조절학습능력 및 온라인 과제가치의 세 변인 모두 기업 사이버교육생의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인임을 확인하였으며, 자기조절학습능력, 학업적 자기효능감, 온라인 과제가치 순으로 성취도를 유의하게 예측하였다. 기업 사이버교육에서 만족도는 학업적 자기효능감, 자기조절학습능력 및 온라인 과제가치와 성취도를 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 기업 사이버교육에서 학습효과를 높이기 위한 교수전략 수립 시, 영향력이 높은 변인들을 우선적으로 고려할 것을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to explain the effects of self-efficacy, self-regulated learning, and online task value on the satisfaction and achievement of cyber corporate education. The subject were 1,130 students who participated S corporate’s cyber courses. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of self-efficacy, self-regulated learning, online task value factors as prediction variables, and satisfaction and achievement factors as outcome variables. The results of this study through multiple regression analysis indicated that the self-efficacy, self-regulated learning and online task value influenced significantly on both learner’s satisfaction and achievement. Satisfaction was not mediated variable as self-efficacy, self-regulated learning and online task value to achievement. The results like these imply that factors which have significant correlations in learner’s motivation such as self-efficacy, self-regulated learning and online task value should be considered for the design and development strategies of online courses. This study will serve as a first step in measuring structures of online situation in corporate education and can provide valuable insights about the future performance of the students in online learning.
