유대인들은 진실로 나치의 압제와 위협 속에서 도살장에 끌려가는 순한 양처럼전혀 저항하지 않고 묵묵히 도살장에 끌려간 것일까? 결론부터 말하면 그것은 진실이아니었다. 다시 말해 유대인들은 절멸정책의 수동적인 희생자들이 아니었다. 그들은다양한 방식으로 나치체제를 거부하였으며 스스로를 방어하였고 나아가서는 나치에대항하여 필요한 투쟁에 목숨을 바치기도 하였다. 1933년 - 1945년 사이에 독일유대인들이 나치에 대항하여 투쟁한 저항의 유형들을 살펴보면 유대인들은 순한양처럼 도살장에 끌려가지 않았음을 쉽게 알 수 있다. 본 논문은 저항의 개념을 폭넓게 이해함으로써 나치체제에 대한 유대인들의 순응과환상 그리고 저항사이에 다양한 지형이 존재하였음을 드러내며, 독일 유대인들의태도나 행위들을 ‘안으로부터’의 시각에서 분석함으로써 흔히 일반화의 과정에서놓칠 수 있는 유대인 저항의 다양성에 기초하여 유대인들이 거대한 외부의 충격과억압에 어떻게 반응하였으며 그 역사적 의미가 무엇인지를 밝히는 것이다. 그리하여그동안 유대인은 무기력한 희생자로, 정책의 협력자로 단순히 다루어졌다면 이제 유대인들은 다양한 모습의 행동하는 실천가로 등장하게 되었다. 사실 저항에 대한 연구는 이미 사회사가 많은 역할을 하였다. 특히 폭력투쟁을통한 물리적 저항에 대해서는 많은 연구업적을 남겼다. 따라서 여전히 폭력의 주체에대한 연구가 주류를 이루었다면 이제는 억압당하는 개인이나 집단들의 태도와 다양한형태의 저항은 새로운 연구대상으로 등장하게 되었다. 이제 일상사 연구는 개별인간과 집단의 체험 그리고 개인의 기록들을 심층적으로 분석하는 작업이 억압과 공포의사회적 시스템 속에서 그 충격을 어떻게 흡수하였으며 그리고 위기를 어떻게 경험하였는지를 드러내면서 나치시대가 체제에 대한 순응과 저항의 이분법적 관점에서는획일적으로 파악할 수 없는, 다양하고 복합적인 것임을 보여주는 데 그 의의가있다.
Abstract
This work is intended to provide an overview of the manifold forms of Jewish resistance in the Years 1933 to 1945 give. After a brief description of the historical The background to this is the differences to the general resistance movement Them. In the same chapter the Jewish resistance is related to its objectives. Moreover, the problem of the Jewish Resistance in Germany. In the next chapter the Various forms of Jewish resistance to give a comprehensive picture. In fact, there were many forms of Jewish resistance. That's why Different questions arise. What was Jewish resistance at all? The Jews had a chance to oppose the National Socialists enforce? If so, by what means and with what success? Jewish Resistance against the Nazis--planned and spontaneous, armed and unarmed--took many forms throughout WWII and the Holocaust. For many, the resistance was a struggle for physical existence. Some escaped through legal or illegal emigration. Others hid. Those who remained, struggled to obtain life's essentials by smuggling the food, clothing, and medicine necessary to survive. Resistance was very hazardous. In addition to the direct threat to those engaged in resistance, there was a great risk of immediate retaliation by the Nazis to the larger population after an insurrection. Jewish resistance was also threatened by assassinations, sabotage, Espionage or exile.
