본 연구는 장애를 가진 구직자의 성공적 배치를 위해서 직업재활전문가들의 직업개발 효능감을 실제적으로 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 선행연구를 검토하였고, 외국의 직업개발효능감척도를 근간으로 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 설문조사는 직업재활사업을 수행하고 있는 실무전문가 169명을 대상으로 이루어졌고, 모두 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 직업재활 전문가들은 노동시장에서의 안정적 일자리 발굴, 취업요건에 맞는 직업찾기, 사업주와 구직자 욕구조정, 미고용사업체 협의하기와 같은 일들을 어렵게 인식하였다. 요인분석 결과 직업개발 효능감척도는 사업주 협력관리하기, 안정적 고용확충하기, 마케팅 능력 발휘하기 3가지 하위요인으로 명명되었다. 수렴타당도를 확보하기 위하여 직업배치 직무과제 척도와의 관계성을 살펴보았는데, 효능감이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 더 많은 직무의 필요성을 인식하였다. 또한 직업재활서비스 경력이 많은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 직업개발 효능감척도의 하위 두가지 요인에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 직업개발의 전문성을 높이고, 성공적 배치를 위한 효과적이고, 구체적인 실행 전략을 수립하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop the Korean Job Development Efficacy Scale(KJDES)’and to examine its reliability and validity. The 18 item Scale was administered to 169 people in vocational rehabilitation setting. Scale reliability was .766(Cronbach’s alpha). A principle component analysis identified three factors in the Scale related to the competence areas of cooperating with employer, enlarging stable employment opportunity, and marketing services. The KJDES can be used to identify training needs, and to promote a research related to identifying job development factors that contribute to successful placement outcomes for consumer with disabilities.
