장애인의 괜찮은 일자리 요인에 따른 잠재집단 특성과 정신건강의 차이 : 잠재프로파일분석(LPA)을 중심으로

연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 장애인 근로자의 괜찮은 일자리 잠재집단을 분류하고, 잠재집단 소속에 영향을 주는 변인, 그리고 각 잠재집단 간 정신건강의 차이가 존재하는지를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브의 7차 조사에서 고용되어 근무하고 있는 1,548명을 대상으로 잠재프로파일 분석(Latent Profile Analysis: LPA)을 실시하였으며, 변인에 따른 도출된 집단의 소속 확률과 집단 간 정신건강의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 4개의 잠재집단이 도출되었으며 평균이하, 장애복지중심, 평균적, 괜찮은 집단으로 분류되었다. 집단별로 대학학위, 중증도 여부, 비정규직 여부에 따라 소속 확률이 차이가 났으며 집단 간 정신건강에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 또는 시사점: 장애인의 괜찮은 일자리 근로 연구에 새로운 방법론적 패러다임을 제시하고, 도출된 4개 프로파일에 따른 집단구성 특성 및 정신건강 차이 분석을 통해 장애인의 괜찮은 일자리 근로를 위한 실무적인 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of the present study is to estimate a latent profile of deceent work for individuals with disabilities and analyze the factors for membership probabilities and mental health difference among latent groups. Method: Using the second wave of 7th data from Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled, 1,548 cases were analyzed using latent profile analysis. Results: Four latent groups were estimated: Below-average, Disabled-support, Average, Decent. Some membership probabilities were different by education level, disability severity and type of employment. Mental health was different by groups. Implications: Suggesting a new paradigm in decent work for individuals with disabilities and implications for practical perspective.
