초록

연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 작업장 기반의 직업복귀훈련(workplace-based return to work program)을 중심으로 직무디자인(work design)이 적용된 훈련이 일반적 직업복귀훈련

Abstract

Purpose: This study focuses on workplace-based return to work programs to determine how work design training differs from general return to work programs and how it affects the return to work of injured workers who participate in such programs. Methods: From July 2024, 20 injured workers who participated in return to work programs at D Hospital in Daejeon were divided into experimental and control groups. The training was conducted for 8 weeks for 2 hours five times a week. The experimental group received workplace-based vocational rehabilitation training with job design, while the control group received general return to work program. The pre- and post-assessment tools were Functional Capacity Evaluations, Performance quality rating scale, Canadian Occupational Performance Measure, Motivation for Rehabilitation, and Quality of Life (Short-Form 36). Result: After training, both the experimental and control groups showed significant changes in work skills, quality of work performance, performance, satisfaction, and quality of life, with higher changes in the experimental group than in the control group. The intervention using workplace-based job design in return to work program has a positive impact. It is suggested that it can be used as a basis for future return to work program
