작업능력 강화 훈련에 참여한 산재근로자의 다차원적 변화에 관한 탐색적 사례연구

초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 산재근로자의 직업복귀 과정에서 일어나는 신체적, 심리사회적 변화 양상을 탐색하고 재활서비스의 개선방안 근거를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 작업능력 강화 훈련에 참여하고 직업에 복귀한 4명의 신체기능측정자료와 설문 및 심층면접자료를 직업복귀준비모델 및 척도에기준하여 분석하였다. 연구 참여자는 의도적 표집방법으로 모집되었으며 직업복귀 준비기부터 직업복귀 이후까지 4차례 심층면접과 설문이 실시되었다. 연구결과: ‘사례 내 분석’을 통해 개별 사례자들의 강화 훈련 참여 이전부터 직업복귀 이후 신체적, 심리사회적 변화 흐름을 확인하였다. ‘사례간 분석’을 통해 ‘회복되는 몸과 마음’, ‘점차 부정적 감정과 타인과의 관계가 개선됨’, ‘어렵게 이뤄낸 직업복귀, 복귀 후에도 끝나지 않는 고민’ 세 가지 공통 범주를 도출하였다. 결론: 직업복귀지원프로그램에 심리사회적 중재 요소, 산재근로자의 가족 대상 교육 및 상담 프로그램, 재취업이 필요한산재근로자의 신체기능 및 적성을 고려된 직무 탐색 및 취업지원, 직업복귀 이후 사업장 내 갈등상황을 위한 예방 및 중재 프로그램 등의 필요성을 제언하였다.

Abstract

Purpose: To provide a basis for rehabilitation services by examining physical-psychosocial changes in injured industrial workers during the return-to-work process. Method: : Physical function test data and the interview data of four individuals, who returned to work after participating in an occupational ability reinforcing program, were analyzed based on the model and standard of readiness to return to work. The study participants were recruited by purposive sampling. Four-time in-depth interviews and surveys were conducted before preparing to return to work and after returning to work. Result: With “within case analysis,” the physical and psychosocial changes of each individual were verified before participating in the reinforcing program, and after return-to-work. With “between case analysis,” three common categories were drawn, which were “recovered body and mind,” “reduced negative emotions and improved relationship with others,” and “managed to return to work and lasing agony.” Conclusion: Psychosocial interventions, education and counselling programs for workers' families, reemployment assistance noting physical condition and aptitude, and conflict prevention and applicable resolution strategies is suggested for returning.
