연구목적: 고령 장애인의 노동시장 이행궤적을 유형화하고 그 영향요인을 분석하여 고령 장애인의 노동시장 참여의 동태적 특성을 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 장애인고용패널조사 2차웨이브 1~8차 자료를 활용, 집단중심추세모형분석(GBTM)을 실시하여 50세 이상 장애인의 노동시장 이동궤적을 유형화했으며, 다항로지스틱회귀모형을 통해 이동궤적의 영향요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 고령 장애인 노동시장 이동궤적의 대표적 유형은 ‘지속이탈형’, ‘비임금 유지형’, ‘비정규직 유지형’, ‘비정규직 퇴장형’ 순으로 구분되었으며, 정규직유지·퇴장형과 다양한 재진입 형태는 관찰되지 못해 전체 고령자에 비해 불안정한 경로적 특성을 보였다. 이동궤적 유형의 영향요인으로는 성별, 건강상태, 장애유형, 가구소득, 유배우자 등이 유의미하게 나타났다. 결론 또는 시사점: 고령 장애인의 고용 단절 예방 및 노동시장 재진입을 위해 취업지원 서비스 구축 및 사업주 재정적 지원이 확충되어야 하며, 고령의 여성·비임금근로자·정신적 장애인에 대한 취업지원강화, 고령 장애인의 직장건강관리 및 직업재활을 위한 사업 추진 및 정착이 필요하다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to classify the labor market transition trajectories of older persons with disabilities and to analyze their determinants, in order to enhance understanding of the dynamic characteristics of their labor market participation Method: Using data from the 2nd to 8th waves of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled in Korea, this study employed a group-based trajectory model (GBTM) to classify the labor market mobility trajectories of persons with disabilities aged 50 and over. Furthermore, a multinomial logistic regression model was applied to identify the factors influencing these mobility trajectories. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish services to prevent employment disruption, promote continued employment, and facilitate reentry into the labor market for older persons with disabilities, while also expanding financial support for employers. In addition, policy measures should be strengthened for older women, unpaid workers, and individuals with mental disabilities. Furthermore, it is essential to promote initiatives for the health management of persons with disabilities.
