노인성 치매로 인한 기독교신자의 불신앙 행위에 대한 기독교상담적 이해

초록

본 연구는 노인성 치매로 인한 기독교신자의 불신앙 행위의 기독교상담적 이해를 다룬 것이다. 이 논문에서 다룬 것은 노인성 치매의 정의와 개념 이해, 노인성 치매에 의한 인지 및 심리적 변화, 치매환자 가족의 심리적-영적 문제, 노인성 치매에 의한 불신앙 행위가 증상인지, 죄인지를 다루었다. 또한 노인성 치매에 대한 기독교상담 방법을 다루었다. 치매는 자신이 원하지 않는 질병상황임을 고려할 때 비인격적이고, 비신앙적인 언행들이 나타날 때 그 가족들은 이를 사실적으로 받아들이기보다는 장애로서 이해하고 수용해야 한다. 이 논문에서 노인성 치매에 의한 기독교신자의 불신앙 행위는 인지왜곡에 의해서 나타나는 것이므로 정상적인 사람의 불신앙 행위와 같다고 보기는 어렵다는 것을 다루었다. 치매노인은 사랑으로 대해야 한다는 것을 밝혔다. 기독교신자는 well being과 well dying 사이에 well aging이 중요하다는 것을 인식하여 건강하게 늙는 것, 품위있게 고상하게 늙는 노화하기 위해 기도해야 한다. 부모의 치매일 경우에 인지기능이 매우 떨어져 인지왜곡 및 실인증 등이 나타난다 할지라도 부모됨에는 변화가 없으므로 부모를 존중하고, 사랑하며, 효도해야 한다.

Abstract

This is a clarify that Christian Counseling on non-faithful behaviors by the senile dementia. This article dealt with notion and definition of senile dementia, cognitive change and psychological abnormal by senile dementia, psychological-spiritual problem of senile dementia's family members, and non-faithful behaviors by senile dementia. Also, whether non-faithful conducts by senile dementia are a symptom of diseasy or not. Lastly, the researcher dealt with Christian counseling for senile dementia. When it comes to senile dementia, one ought to consider senile dementia as a situation of sickness. Accordingly, if an old person manifests his/her non-personal, non-faithful words and deeds, his/her family members should understand and accept an old person as a hadicapped person. This researcher dealt with that non-faithful behaviors by the senile dementia is not normal healthy situation but cognitive distortion situation in this paper. Also, a family member who cares an old person of senile dementia, he/she ought to treat an old person of senile dementia as love and gentleness. Even though parents are taken senile dementia, the parents are not loss parenthood. So, the offspring must respect their parents. Christian should attach importance to well aging between well being and well dying. Also, Christian ought to pray for successful aging.
