본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 보육교사의 직무 스트레스가 심리상태 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 서울시 소재 어린이집 보육교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS Win 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 요인분석, 상관분석, 빈도분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 직무 스트레스는 심리상태에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 직무 스트레스는 직무 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 직무 스트레스가 낮을수록 심리상태가 양호하다는 것을 알 수 있으며 직무 만족도 또한 높다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 시사점은 보육교사의 직무 스트레스를 낮추고 안정된 심리상태와 직무 만족도 제고를 위한 효율적인 보육교사 교육 프로그램을 개발 및 근무환경 개선의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence that childcare teachers’ work stress has on their mental state and job satisfaction. For this study, a survey was conducted on teachers of day care centers in Seoul. The analysis was made using the SPSS Win 18.0 program to conduct the correlation analysis, frequency analysis, factorial analysis, etc. The research results showed that, first, the work stress of childcare teachers has a significant effect on their mental health. Second, the work stress of childcare teachers has a significant effect on their job satisfaction. These results showed that their mental state was more favorable the lower their work stress, and also reveals a higher job satisfaction. The implications of this study are expected to become basic data for the development of an effective childcare teacher education program to lessen their work stress and enhance mental stability and job satisfaction and for theimprovement of the work environment.
