본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 교사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변인(경력, 정서성, 정서지능, 직무환경)들간의 구조분석을 통하여 직무스트레스에 대한 바람직한 대처방안의 기초자료를 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 157명의 어린이집 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집 분석하였다. 연구결과 어린이집 교사의 부정적 정서성과 어린이집의 직무환경은 교사의 직무스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변인이고, 어린이집 교사의 긍정적 정서성은 교사의 직무스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만 어린이집의 직무환경을 통하여 교사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 간접변인임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교사의 경력 역시 교사의 직무스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만 교사의 긍정적 정서성과 어린이집의 직무환경을 거쳐 교사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 간접변인임을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore basic data on proper coping strategies for job stress by analyzing the structure between individual emotional variables(work experience, affectivity, emotional intelligence) and an organizational variable(work environment) which affect job stress of daycare center teachers. Data were collected from 157 daycare center teachers participating in our questionnaire survey. Results showed that work experience of daycare teachers didn't have a direct effect on teachers' job stress but it was an indirect variable affecting teachers' job stress through teachers' positive affectivity and work environment of daycare centers. Daycare teachers' negative affectivity and work environment of daycare centers were found to be a variable which has a direct influence on teachers' job stress. It was also revealed that while daycare teachers' positive affectivity didn't have a direct influence on teachers' job stress, it was an indirect variable affecting teachers' job stress through work environment of daycare centers.
