대학 학습공동체 활동 사례 분석 연구

본 연구는 대학에서 운영되고 있는 학습공동체 프로그램의 활동으로 도출된 실행계획서, 성찰일지, 최종보고서 내용을 분석함으로써 학생들이 경험 속에서 갖게 되는 활동의 특성을 분석하고 그 교육적 의미를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시 B대학에서 2015년 2학기에 실시한 NOMAD학습공동체 운영 사례의 절차적 모형을 분석하고, 실행계획서, 최종보고서, 인터뷰 등을 통해 참여 학생들의 활동과정과 성찰을 심층적으로 분석하였다. NOMAD학습공동체 절차적 모형의 특징은 다양한 유형 군의 학생들이 팀을 구성하여 스스로 문제를 인식하고 해결해나가는 학습공동체이다. 또한 활동 과정에서 컨설팅과 상담을 제공하는 인적지원, 러닝존, LMS등 온오프라인의 학습 환경 지원, 학습활동을 촉진하는 학습도구를 지원한 것이 특징이다. 학생들의 활동과정을 최종보고서, 인터뷰, 성찰일지 등을 분석한 결과‘함께, 그리고 행복’,‘경험, 배움과 성장’,‘주도적 실천력과 자신감’,‘적응과 도전, 꿈’으로 크게 분류되었으며, 공동체 활동을 주도적으로 수행함을 통해 내적 성장과 변화를 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the activity characteristics being obtained from student's experience and explore an educational meaning through the analysis of the content of execution plan, reflection diary and final report which were drawn by the activity of learning community program applied to the university. To do this, the activity process and self-examination of participants were conducted in-depth analysis by conducting the analysis of an execution plan, a final report and an interview through the analysis of the procedural model of NOMAD learning community operation case implemented at the second semester of 2015 at B university in Busan. The characteristics of the procedural model of NOMAD learning community is that various types of students build several teams and they recognize problems by themselves in the community and solve them. In addition to that, it was provided to the community that on-off line learning environmental supports and educational tools which enhance learning activities during the activities such as human resources, learning zone, LMS which provided consulting and counseling. As a result of analysis on the final report, the interview, the learning environment support and the self-reflection diary made during the students' activities, they were categorized as "Getting together and Happiness" , "Experience, Learning and Growth", "Self-directed power of execution and Self-confidence" , "Adaptation, Challenge, Dream" and there existed a growth and a change of student members by doing self-directed activity in the community.
