간호대학생의 성인애착과 자기주도학습 및 진로적응성의 관계

본 연구는 간호대학생의 성인애착, 자기주도학습, 진로적응성의 간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 경로분석 연구이다. 연구대상은 경남 J시, C시, S시에 소재하는 3곳의 간호학과 재학생 226명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집기간은 2017년 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 진행하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 진로적응성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 자기주도학습 이었으며 성인애착의 하위개념인 의존에서는 직접적인 영향은 없었으나 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 친밀에서는 직·간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기주도학습은 진로적응성에 간접적인 영향은 없고 직접적인 영향만 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 진로적응성을 향상시키기 위해서는 진로교육 및 진로지도 프로그램 개발 시 주변의 자원활용에 대한 개입이 이루어져야 하며, 특히 자기주도학습을 증진시키는 것이 중요하다는 사실을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study identifies the relationship among adult attachment, self-directed learning and vocational Adaptability on nursing students. We surveyed 226 nursing students at three different in J city, C city and S city. Data collection was conducted from May 1 to May 30, 2017 and data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. This study shows that the factor which affects vocational adaptability is self-directed learning. And dependence doesn’t affect vocational adaptability directly but do so indirectly, and closeness affects it directly and indirectly. Self-directed learning doesn’t affect vocational adaptability indirectly but do so dirctly. These results are shown that when career education or career guidance program is developed, intervention of use of resources and self-directed learning should be achieved in order to improve the their vocational adaptability, especially, it is suggested that improvement of self-directed learning is mainly important.
