도미니카 공화국의 시장 투자와 진출에 관한 연구: 주요 산업과 발전 정책을 중심으로

도미니카공화국은 중미 카리브 연안 국가들 중에서 풍부한 외환 보유고를 유지하고 있다. 아울러 높은 경제성장률을 기록하고 있으며 정치적으로 상당히 안정되어 있다. 특히, 미주기구(OAS)를 비롯하여 카리브 국가연합(ACS)과 중미통합체제(SICA) 그리고 라틴아메리카 카리브국가공동체(CELAC)의 주요 회원국으로서 역내 지역 외교에서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 한편, 양국 간의 주요 협력 관계를 살펴보면, 2009년에 우리나라의 관세행정 정보화 시스템이 도미니카의 세관운용 복합시스템(SIGA)으로 구축되었고, 2015년에 수출입안전관리우수공인업체(AEO)에 관한 상호협정(MRA)을 체결하여 화물 검사와 수출입 통관 과정에서 관련 기업들이 상당한 혜택을 얻고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 여러 가지 이점을 갖추고, 우리나라와 다양한 교류를 맺고 있는 도미니카공화국의 주요 산업 현황과 발전 정책들을 살펴보고, 관련 요인들을 분석하여 향후 관련 시장 투자와 진출에 유익한 방안들을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The Dominican Republic is politically stable, with a wealth of foreign exchange reserves and high economic growth rates and among the Central American Caribbean countries. It plays a key role in multilateral or bilateral diplomacy in the region as a key member of the Organization of American States (OAS), Association of Caribbean States (ACS) as well as the Central American Integration System (SICA) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC). Also, Korea's customs administration information system was established as Dominica's customs management combined system (SIGA) in 2009, and the Authorized Economic operator(AEO) MRA between the two countries was concluded in 2015. Therefore, certified companies in both countries are benefiting from cargo inspection, import and export customs clearance. Therefore, this study examines the major industrial trends and development policies of the Dominican Republic which has various advantages and relations with Korea, and analyzes the factors affecting it, and suggests various ways to invest in and invest in related markets.
