유아교사의 그릿과 심리적 소진 및 직무수행 효능감과의 관계

초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 그릿과 심리적 소진, 직무수행 효능감과의 관계와 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상으로 G시의 유아교사 264명을 임의표집 하였고, 유아교사의 그릿, 심리적 소진, 직무수행 효능감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 Pearson의 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 그릿은 심리적 소진과 부적 상관관계(r=-.424)가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 유아교사의 그릿과 직무수행 효능감은 정적 상관관계(r=.493)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 그릿의 영향력을 살펴본 결과 유아교사의 그릿은 심리적 소진에 18.3%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 유아교사의 그릿은 직무수행 효능감에 25.6%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아교사의 그릿에 대한 이해를 증진하고 유아교사의 심리적 소진을 줄이며 직무수행 효능감을 높일 수 있는 기초 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyzes the correlation between early childhood teacher of grit, emotional burnout, and job performance efficacy. To examine the impact of early childhood teacher of grit, emotional burnout, and job performance efficacy. The subjects were randomly selected from 264 early childhood teacher in G city and given a questionnaire regarding early childhood teacher of grit, emotional burnout, and job performance efficacy. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows. First, it was revealed that there were significant negative relations(r=-.424) between early childhood teacher of grit and emotional burnout, positive relations(r=.493) between early childhood teacher of grit and job performance efficacy. Second, early childhood teacher of grit appeared to be a variable affecting emotional burnout(18.3%) and job performance efficacy(25.6%). These findings will provide basic information that will improve understanding of grit, reduce emotional burnout and increase job performance efficacy.
