한국 이미용 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식 연구 -자격증 소지자와 준비생을 중심으로-

본 연구는 국내 이미용관련 국가기술자격증의 효율성을 알아보기 위하여 실제로 자격증 준비생과 취득자를 대상으로 하여 이미용관련 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식을 알아보았다. 자료 수집 및 분석방법은 조사 기간은 2016년 02월 22일부터 2016년 03월 5일까지 실시하였고, 총 1600부를 배부하여 1,498부를 회수하였으며, 그 중 불성실하게 응답한 10부를 제외한 1,488부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 이 연구의 분석방법은 조사대상자의 인구통계적 변인, 취득행동, 자격증 제도관련 항목, 교육기관 교육 유무를 알아보기 위하여 빈도 분석을 하였으며 이미용관련 국가기술자격증 유형별 인구통계적 변인, 취득행동, 제도관련 항목, 교육기관 교육 유무 차이를 보기 위하여 교차분석(χ2)을 하였다. 그 결과, 미용사(일반)은 10대와 50대, 4년제 대학 재학 이하의 학력, 기혼과 별거 중인 사람이 많았고, 미용사(일반), 미용사(네일), 미용사(피부)는 미용학원에서 많이 취득하였고, 취득행동과 자격증 제도에 대한 인식에서는 국가기술자격증 유형별(미용사(일반), 이용사, 미용사(피부), 미용사(네일) 큰 차이가 없었다.
Abstract
This study examined the recognition of beauty related national technical qualifications in Korea. Data collection and analysis was conducted from February 22, 2016 to March 5, 2016 and total of 1600 parts were distributed and 1,498 parts were collected. Of those, 1,488 parts were used as the final analysis data except 10 parts which were unsatisfactory. The analysis method of this study was frequency analysis to find out the demographic variables, acquisition behavior, qualification system related items, and educational institution education and was cross-analysis (χ2) to see the differences in demographic variables, acquisition behavior, institutional items, and educational institution education by type of beauty related national technical qualifications in Korea. As a result, many hairdressers (generals) were in their teens, fifties, and four-year colleges and undergraduates, and married and separated. There was no significant difference in the recognition of the acquisition behavior and the certification system.
