목적 본 연구는 태권도 품새 전문도장 선택 시 소비자가 중요하게 여기는 속성과 만족도를 분석하여 효율적인 경영전략 수립 및 마케팅에 활용할 수 있는 유용한 자료를 제시함에 있다. 방법 본 연구는 전국의 태권도 품새 전문도장에 다니는 중･고등학생 선수를 대상으로 2022년 12월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 서울, 경기, 기타 지역 210명의 표본을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 PASW/Win 21.0와 AMOS 29.0을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 기술통계분석, 대응표본 t-test, 단순산점도를 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 프로그램과 교육환경에 대한 중요도와 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 비용과 지도자에 대한 중요도와 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램의 다수 문항에서 중요도와 만족도 순위가 높게 나타났으며, 지도자의 문항에서 중요도와 만족도 순위가 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 일부를 제외한 지도자, 프로그램, 비용, 실적에서 중요도보다 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, Ⅰ사분면은 프로그램, Ⅱ사분면은 비용과 교육환경, Ⅲ사분면은 지도자에서 높은 분포가 나타났다. 결론 태권도 품새 전문도장의 프로그램을 강화하거나 유지하고 소비자의 비용부담을 줄일 수 있는 방안과 교육환경 개선을 위한 지속적인 관리가 이루어진다면 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose This study is analyzing the attributes and satisfaction that consumers consider important when choosing a Taekwondo Poomsae professional DoJang. Method For data processing, PASW/Win 21.0 and AMOS 29.0 were used, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, paired-sample t-test, and simple scatter plot were analyzed. Results First, the importance and satisfaction of the program and educational environment were high, and the importance and satisfaction of the cost and instructor were low. Second, the importance and satisfaction rankings were high in many questions of the program, and the importance and satisfaction rankings were low in the instructor's questions. Third, satisfaction was higher than importance in instructor, program, cost and performance except for some. Fourth, Quadrant I showed a high distribution in program, Quadrant II in cost and educational environment, and Quadrant III in instructor. Conclusion It will have a positive effect on the management result, if the program of Taekwondo Poomsae professional DoJang is strengthened or maintained, alternatives to the cost burden of consumers and continuous management to improve the educational environment are made.
