おまはん」에 관한 일고찰 -『春色梅兒譽美』를 중심으로 -

本稿は近世後期の作品である『春色梅兒誉美』に表れている「おまはん」の用法を考察した論文である。「おまはん」の話し手と聞き手の関係、呼応する述語表現、共起する一人称代名詞に関して分析している。また、この分析に基づいて「おまはん」と「おまへ」の相違点を明確にしている。考察の結果は次のようである。 一、「おまはん」は主に目上の聞き手に対して使う代名詞である。ただ、用例数は少ないが、対等な関係や目下の聞き手に対して使われている「おまはん」の用例もみられる。また、遊女でない話し手が「おまはん」を使っている用例も見られる。 二．「おまはん」は主に「ます」体の述語と呼応している。. 三．「おまはん」はいわゆる遊女語といわれる一人称代名詞である「わちき」と共起している。 四、「おまはん」と「おまへ」を比較してみると、二つとも目上の聞き手に主に使われる代名詞である。しかし、「おまへ」は「おまはん」に比べて「だ」体との呼応度が高かった。また、「おまはん」は一人称代名詞「わちき」との共起だけが見られるが、「おまへ」は「わちき」以外に「おいら、わたし」との共起も見られる。
Abstract
This paper examines the usage of "Omhan" that appears in ‘syunnsyokuumekoyom’. This paper analyzes the relationship between the speaker and the listener of "Omhan", the co-occurring predicate expressions, and the co-occurring first-person pronouns. In addition, based on this analysis, the differences between "Omhan" and "Omahe" analyzes. The results of the discussion are as follows. One, "Omhan" is used mainly for superior listeners. Two."Omhan" is co-occuring with the "Masu" type predicate. Three."Omhan" is co-occurring with the "Wachiki", a first-person pronoun. Fourth, comparing "Omahan" and "Omahe", the lower person uses "Omahan" and "Omahe" for the upper man. This is a commonality between "Omahan" and "Omahe". However, "Omahan" can only be seen co-occurring with the first person pronoun "Wachiki", but "Omahe" can also be seen co-occurring with "Wachiki, watasi, oira". And there was also a difference in the expression of co-occuring sentences.
