사회참여 미술교육의 재개념화

본 연구의 목적은 사회와 관련된 예술교육, 특히 사회참여 미술교육의 가능성과 함의를 조사하는 것이다. 미술교육에서의 재개념화를 위해 사회참여 미술교육에서 개인적, 사회적 정체성 및 다양한 측면에서의 철학적, 사회적 관점을 고찰하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 일련의 사회에 기초한 예술교육의 의미를 탐구하기 위한 기반연구의 일환으로서 여기서는 사회참 여미술교육을 위한 재개념화 및 수업 사례연구를 통한 미술교육의 방향성 탐구를 목적으로 한다. 미술교육 커리큘럼이 사회적 환경에서 실제적으로 관련이 있다는 것을 인식하기 위해서는 교육적 측면에서의 재개념화, 이에 따른 인식변화와 커리큘럼 개발이 이루어져야 한다. 사회, 미술 및 교육은 밀접하게 상호 연관되어 있으며 사회참여 미술교육을 다루는 교육적 측면 에서의 의미는 작품제작이나 프로젝트에 참가하는 것보다 오히려 예술적 논쟁을 통해 교육에 대한 철학적 접근과 반성적 접근을 확립하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 인식하는 것에 있다. 이러한 측면에서 사회참여 미술교육을 통해 자신의 정체성을 구축하고 미래의 미술교육에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study is one of the basic studies to explore the meaning of art education based on society. The purpose of this study is to understand the personal and social identity in socially engaged art and the process of composition in art education. Art education curriculum must be developed to be relevant to the social environment. It is needed artistic controversies and researches surrounding perception to society, art, and education in art education. In this study, the society, art and education are closely interrelated. It is important to establish a philosophical and reflective approach to education through artistic controversy rather than participating in work or projects in socially engaged art. Therefore, we should build personal and social identity and contribute to art education.
