사이버대학 체제적 접근 평가모형 개발 연구

사이버대학이 양적인 팽창과 함께 경쟁력을 갖추고 보다 성숙된 단계에 도달하기 위해서 질 제고를 위한 평가의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 선행연구 중 사이버대학평가의 우수모형으로 1차 모형은 개인영역, 대학영역, 사회영역을 성과분석모형을 구축하였고, 2차 모형은 경제적 측면의 효과성을 고려하여 투입, 과정, 결과측면 등이 포함된 체제적 접근 평가모형이 개발되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 1차 모형과 2차 모형을 검토하여 사이버대학 평가에 적합한 3차 모형을 개발하는데 있다. 연구방법은 1차 성과분석과 2차 체제적 접근 모형의 검토를 위해 전문가 집단(20명)의 면담 후 델파이분석 결과 큰 문제가 발견되지 않았지만 2차 체제적 접근모형의 타당성이 제기되었다. 이를 보완한 3차 체제적 접근 최종모형 개발을 위해 델파이분석뿐만 아니라 전문가 집단(13명)과 사이버대학 학습자(300명) 총 313명의 LMS를 활용하여 기초통계분석과 ANOVA분석 후 Scheffé 검증을 실시하였다. 1차 성과분석 문항을 일부 수정하였으며, 보완된 2차 체제적 접근 기존모형은 59개의 문항으로 구성하였다. 또한, 3차 체제적 접근 최종모형은 문항 중요도검사를 통하여 4개의 문항을 제거한 총 55개로 확정하였다. 신뢰도계수는 .92로 나타났으며 전문가 집단간(교수, 관리자, 이런닝전문가) 중요도 점수에서 결과측면의 일부문항으로 학생영역과 대학영역에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.
Abstract
To upgrade the quality of cyber universities with the quantitative expansion, systematic evaluation processes are required. By means of integrative literature review, this study was to develop the first performance analysis model in individual, college, and social areas, and to construct the second systematic evaluation model which includes input, process, and consequence aspects in consideration of economic effectiveness. The primary purpose of this study was to ultimately develop the third model in evaluating cyber universities by reviewing and integrating the first and second models. Delphi method was utilized using interviews with a specialist group (n=20) to develop first model items based on the previously used performance analysis items. In addition, data were analyzed using both the specialists(n=13) and students(n=300) through quantitative statistical methods. A series of one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed to test the difference among groups on selected variables. If significance was found in ANOVA, a post hoc comparison test was conducted on the group mean to analyze the source of difference. Results indicated that the initial 59 items were revised and partially deleted, resulting in 55 items in the second systematic model. Significant differences were found in the importance scores of specialist groups (professors, administrators, and e-learning specialists) for student and college spheres.
