Abstract
As the value of sharing has been emphasized with the development of digital technology and the distributed networks, the era of open learning using OER has opened. Education using OER enables learners to cultivate digital literacy in the process of reusing, preserving, modifying, redistributing, and redistributing open materials in a digital education environment. Therefore, this study developed a program that utilizes the exhibits of the J Museum's digital archive as OER and applied it to elementary and middle school students to confirm the educational effect of OER-based learning. As a result, it was confirmed that learners acquired digital literacy in the personal aspect of exploring digital information and solving problems, the social aspect of cooperating and sharing with others in the digital world, and the technical aspect of creating contents using digital tools through teaching and learning activities using OER. The possibility of developing museum education using digital archive exhibits as OER was presented
