Zoom을 활용한 실시간 비대면 문학치료기반 부모교육이 ADHD 아동을 둔 어머니의 양육스트레스와 부모효능감 및 우울에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 M시 소재 A초등학교의 ADHD 위기아동의 어머니를 대상으로 문학치료기반 부모교육을 실시하여 어머니의 양육스트레스와 부모효능감 및 우울에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 본 조사연구를 위해 총 참여자 21명 중 문학치료기반 부모교육에 참여집단 11명, 통제집단 10명으로 무선 배치하였다. 사전-사후 통제집단 실험설계를 통해 그 효과를 검증하였으며, 10명의 참여집단에는 문학치료기반 부모교육을 실시하였고, 통제집단은 어떠한 중재도 실시하지 않았다. 문학치료기반 부모교육프로그램을 계획하여, 두 집단의 참여자 전원을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시하였다. 이후 6주동안 10회의 프로그램을 실시하였고, 이후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 문학치료기반 부모교육프로그램의 효과의 유의성을 살펴보기 위해, 프로그램에 참여를 독립변수로, 그리고 부모효능감, 우울, 그리고 양육스트레스의 변화량을 각각 종속변수로 선정하여 One-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문학치료기반 부모교육프로그램참여에 따른 ADHD아동의 어머니의 양육스트레스의 감소는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문학치료기반 부모교육프로그램 참여에 따른 ADHD아동의 어머니의 부모효능감의 증가는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 문학치료기반 부모교육프로그램참여에 따른 ADHD아동의 어머니의 우울의 변화는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 문학치료기반 부모교육프로그램은 ADHD아동의 어머니의 양육스트레스의 감소, 부모효능감의 증가, 그리고 우울의 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the parents education program based on real time non-face-to-face literature therapy using ‘Zoom-meetings’ on parenting efficacy, depression, and parenting stress of the mother with ADHD children. These subjects are 21 mothers with ADHD children of A elementary school in M City. 10 mothers were control group, and the others, 11 mothers were the experiment group. The results of this study are as follows. First, literature-therapy parents-education program was significantly effective in the positive improvement in the parenting efficacy and depression with ADHD children. The second, the study showed literature-therapy parents-education program using ‘Zoom-meetings’ was significantly effective to decrease in parenting stress of the mother with ADHD children. In conclusion, the non-face-to-face literature therapy parents education program using ‘Zoom-meetings’ affects the parenting efficacy, depression, and parenting stress of the mother with ADHD children.
