휴먼테라피기반 부모교육이 ADHD 청소년 부모의 양육스트레스 및 우울 감소에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 주의력 결핍, 과잉행동 청소년의 부모를 대상으로 한 휴먼테라피기반 부모교육이 부모의 양육스트레스 감소 및 우울 감소에 미치는 영향과 지속성에 대해 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 조사연구의 대상은 K시 소재 A고등학교의 주의력결핍, 과잉행동 의심 청소년의 부모 16명이며, 선정된 부모들을 대상으로 각각 8명, 8명씩 휴먼테라피기반 부모교육 프로그램 참여집단과 통제집단으로 무선 배치하였다. 사전-사후, 사전-추후 통제집단 설계를 통해, 두 집단의 실험처치와 그 효과에 대해 검증하였다. 주의력 결핍, 과잉행동 청소년의 부모를 대상으로 한 휴먼테라피기반 부모교육프로그램을 선정하고 각 부모들에 대해 사전검사를 실시한 후, 6주에 걸쳐 주 1~2회씩 총 10회 실시하였으며, 사후검사, 추후검사를 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해, 독립변수로 휴먼테라피기반 부모교육 프로그램 참여 여부를 설정하였고, 종속변수로 양육스트레스와 우울의 변화량을 설정하여 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 휴먼테라피기반 부모교육 프로그램을 통하여 주의력결핍, 과잉행동 청소년의 부모의 양육스트레스가 감소되었다. 둘째, 휴먼테라피기반 부모교육 프로그램을 통하여 주의력결핍, 과잉행동 청소년의 부모의 우울이 감소되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 휴먼테라피기반 부모교육 프로그램이 주의력결핍, 과잉행동 청소년 부모의 양육스트레스와 우울 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study was intended to examine the effects of the parents-education program based on human-therapy on decrease in parenting stress and depression of the parents with ADHD adolescents. 16 parents with ADHD adolescents of ‘A’ highschool located in ‘K’ City were participated in this study. 8 parents who agreed to participate were the parents-education program based on human-therapy experiment group, and the others were the control group. The results are as follows; Parents-education program based on human-therapy was an effective intervention program for parents with ADHD adolescents to decrease in parenting stress and depression. Parents-education program based on human-therapy as a tool of integrated therapy with ADHD adolescents’ parents based on the results, the value of this study can be found in the empirical data. In conclusion, this study showed that the parents-education program based on human-therapy affects the decrease of parenting stress and depression of the parents with ADHD adolescents.
