ADHD 아동 어머니의 양육 코칭 프로그램 사례연구: 양육스트레스와 양육행동 중심으로

이 연구는 ADHD 아동 어머니 3명을 대상으로 어머니 양육 코칭을 실시하였다. 연구 문제는 첫째, 양육 코칭을 통해 어머니의 양육 스트레스가 감소하였나요? 둘째, 양육 코칭을 통해 어머니가 인식하는 상호작용적 양육 행동을 개선하였나요?이다. 양육 코칭 프로그램은 주 2회, 세션당 60분씩 총 10회기로 구성되었다. 어머니의 양육 스트레스 변화를 측정하기 위해 양육 스트레스(K-PSI-SF)를 사전 및 사후 검사를 사용하였으며, 점수를 합산하여 막대 그래프로 제시하였습니다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양육 코칭 프로그램은 ADHD 아동을 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스를 줄였다. 둘째, 어머니가 지각하는 상호작용적 양육 행동이 개선되었다. 본 연구는 ADHD 아동이 양육에 대한 자신감을 가질 수 있도록 어머니의 인식을 개선하고 특성에 맞는 양육 기술을 습득하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다.
Abstract
This study conducted mother-rearing coaching for three mothers of ADHD children. The research question is, first, did the mother's parenting stress decrease through parenting coaching? Second, does it improve the interactive parenting behavior perceived by the mother through parenting coaching? The parenting coaching program consists of a total of 10 sessions, twice a week, and 60 minutes per session. To measure the mother's parenting stress change, the Korean version of Parenting Stress (K-PSI-SF) was used as a pre- and post-test. The results of the study are as follows. First, the parenting coaching program reduced the parenting stress of mothers with ADHD children. Second, the interactive parenting behavior perceived by the mother was improved. This study focuses on improving the mother's awareness and acquiring parenting skills appropriate to the characteristics of ADHD children so that they can have confidence in parenting.
