인문테라피기반 부모교육이 ADHD아동의 어머니의 양육스트레스와 부모-자녀 상호작용 및 의사소통에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 G시 소재 K초등학교의 ADHD 위기아동의 어머니를 대상으로 인문테라피기반 부모교육을 실시하여 어머니의 양육스트레스와 부모-자녀 상호작용 및 부모-자녀 의사소통에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 본 조사연구를 위해 총 참여자 23명 중 인문테라피기반 부모교육에 참여집단 12명, 통제집단 11명으로 무선 배치하였다. 사전-사후 통제집단 실험설계를 통해 그 효과를 검증하였으며, 12명의 참여집단에는 인문테라피기반 부모교육을 실시하였고, 통제집단은 어떠한 중재도 실시하지 않았다. 인문테라피기반 부모교육프로그램을 계획하여, 두 집단의 참여자 전원을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시하였다. 이후 6주동안 10회의 프로그램을 실시하였고, 이후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 인문테라피기반 부모교육프로그램의 효과의 유의성을 살펴보기 위해, 프로그램에 참여를 독린변수로, 그리고 부모-자녀 상호작용, 부모-자녀 의사소통, 그리고 양육스트레스의 변화량을 각각 종속변수로 선정하여 One-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인문테라피기반 부모교육프로그램참여에 따른 ADHD아동의 어머니의 양육스트레스의 감소는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인문테라피기반 부모교육프로그램 참여에 따른 ADHD아동의 어머니의 부모-자녀 상호작용의 변화는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 인문테라피기반 부모교육프로그램참여에 따른 ADHD아동의 어머니의 부모-자녀 의사소통의 변화는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 인문테라피기반 부모교육프로그램은 ADHD아동의 어머니의 양육스트레스의 감소, 부모-자녀 상호작용의 개선, 그리고 부모-자녀 의사소통의 개선에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the parents education program based on literature therapy on mother-child interaction, communication, and parenting stress of the mother with ADHD children. These subjects are 23 mothers with ADHD children of K elementary school in G City. 11 mothers were control group, and the others, 12 mothers were the experiment group. The results of this study are as follows. First, literature-therapy parents-education program was significantly effective in the positive improvement in the mother-child interaction and communication with ADHD children. The second, the study showed literature-therapy parents-education program was significantly effective to decrease in parenting stress of the mother with ADHD children. In conclusion, the literature therapy parents education program affects the mother-child interaction, communication, and parenting stress of the mother with ADHD children.
