발달지체유아를 대상으로 한 심리운동 중재 실험연구의 중재방법 및 질적지표 분석

초록

본 연구는 발달지체유아를 대상으로 한 심리운동 중재 실험연구의 중재방법과 증거기반실제에 기반 한 질적 지표를 분석하여 발달지체유아를 위한 연구의 방향과 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 분석대상으로 2008년부터 2020년 6월까지 국내에서 연구된 발달지체유아를 대상으로 한 심리운동 중재 실험연구 학위논문 24편과 학술지에 등재된 5편 총 29편을 선정하였다. 이에 따른 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달지체유아를 대상으로 한 심리운동 중재 실험연구의 중재방법 연구에서, 많은 중재목적 가운데 신체 및 사회⋅정서가 높게 나타났고, 중재자는 교사와 연구자 중 연구자가 많았으며, 신뢰도, 타당도는 제시하지 않은 연구가 많았고, 중재충실도는 제시한 연구가 많았다. 둘째, CEC(2014) 질적 지표를 적용한 질적 지표 분석에서는 전 영역이 대체적으로 충족된 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 분석결과에 기초하여 발달지체유아를 대상으로 한 심리운동 중재 실험연구에 대한 논의 및 결론과 향후 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide the direction and implications of research for children with developmental delays by analyzing interventional methods and qualitative indicators. The interventional method was psychomotor intervention. The qualitative indicator was based on evidence-based practices(EBP). To this end, 24 studies of thesis on psychomotor intervention experiments and 5 articles listed in academic journals were selected from 2008 to June 2020. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, in the intervention method study of the psychomotor intervention experiment study for children with developmental delay, it was found that among the many types of the purpose of the intervention was high utilizing the body, social & emotional. There were more researchers than teachers as intervention. Many studies did not provide reliability, but many studies supplied fidelity of intervention. Second, in the qualitative indicator analysis using the CEC (2014) qualitative indicator, it was found that the whole area was generally satisfied.Based on the analysis results of this study, discussions and conclusions on psychological exercise intervention experiments for children with developmental delay and suggestions for future studies were presented.
