놀이 중재프로그램을 활용한 발달지체유아에 대한 실험연구의 동향 및 질적 지표 분석

본 연구의 목적은 놀이 중재프로그램을 활용한 발달지체유아에 대한 실험연구의 전반적인 동향을 분석하고, 실험연구의 질적 분석을 위하여 증거기반실제 지표에 얼마나 부합하였는지를 체계적으로 분석하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 2008년부터 2020년 3월까지 학위논문과 학술지에 출판된 총 25편을 선정하였다. 이에 따른 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 방법의 동향은 선별도구는 25편의 논문에서 33종류로 나타났고 그 중 사회성숙도가 10편으로 가장 많았다. 연구 설계 동향은 대상자간중다기초선설계가 10편으로 가장 많이 나타났으며, 중재방법의 동향은 전통놀이 프로그램을 활용한 사회적 상호작용 증진에 대한 연구가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중재자는 연구자가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났고, 신뢰도는 제시한 논문이 많았으나 중재충실도 및 타당도는 제시하지 않은 논문이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 질적 지표 분석에서는 CEC(2014) 질적 지표를 적용하여 전 영역이 대체적으로 충족된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 놀이 중재프로그램을 통한 발달지체유아에 대한 실험연구의 신뢰성과 활성화를 위한 논의 및 연구방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyse the overall trend of experimental studies utilizing play-program Intervention for Children with Developmental Delay and to systematically analyze how well they meet the indicators of evidence-based practice for qualitative analysis on experimental studies. For analysis, a total of 25 articles published in thesis and academic journals were selected from 2008 to March 2020. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the trend of research method was 33 kinds of selection tools in 25 articles, and social maturity was the highest by 10 of them. As for the experimental design trend, multiple baseline across subject design was the most frequent by 10 articles, and the intervention method tended to be researched on the enhancement of social interaction using traditional play programs. In addition, the Intervenors were found to be the largest number of researchers, and many papers suggested reliability, but many papers did not provide intervention fidelity and validity.Based on the results of this study, we discussed and suggested the research direction for the reliability and activation of the experimental studies utilizing play-program intervention to promote for children with developmental delay.
