특수교사의 발달지체유아를 위한 증강현실 기반 중재 프로그램 교육의 필요성과 요구

본 연구는 특수교사의 발달지체유아를 위한 증강현실 기반 중재 프로그램 교육의 필요성과 교육활동 시 영역 중요도 및 프로그램 적용을 위한 선행 과제에 대한 특수교사의 요구를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 총 400부의 설문지를 5개 지역의 발달지체유아 특수교사에게 배부하고 360부를 회수하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 발달지체유아를 위한 증강현실 기반 중재 프로그램 적용 필요성은 높게 나타났다. 특수교사의 일반적 특성에 따른 증강현실 기반 중재 프로그램 교육실행 적용의 필요성이 높게 나타난 지역은 대구, 부산 순이었으며, 기관은 병설유치원, 교사경력은 5년 이상일 때 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 증강현실 기반 중재 프로그램 교육활동 시 중요도는 적응행동, 고려할 사항은 활동방법, 기대도는 대집단으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 교육적용을 위한 특수교사의 요구는 특수교육 기관의 준비가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 특수교사는 기관의 IT 교육환경의 구축, 학부모의 관심, 교수 방법 개발 등이 증강현실 교육적용을 위한 선행 과제로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 발달지체유아를 위한 증강현실 기반 중재 프로그램 교육실행을 위한 결론과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study investigated the necessity for augmented reality-based [AR] intervention program education for children with developmental delays, the importance of domains during educational activities, and the needs of special education teachers for prior tasks for program application. To this end, a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to special education teachers for children with developmental delays in 5 regions, and 360 copies were collected and analyzed. As a result, first, the necessity of applying an [AR] intervention program for children with developmental delay was high. According to the general characteristics of special education teachers, Daegu and Busan showed the highest necessity for the application of [AR] intervention program education. Second, the fields with good effects from [AR] intervention program education were problem behaviors, the things to consider were the activity methods, and the expectations were high in large groups. Third, the preparation of special education institutions showed the highest demands for special education teachers for educational application, and special education teachers were found to have the highest IT education environment, parents' interest, and development of teaching methods. Based on these research results, discussions for the implementation of [AR] intervention programs for children with developmental delays and future research directions were suggested.
