ADHD 아동을 대상으로 한 감각통합 치료가 주의력 및 과잉행동에 미치는 효과에 대한 선행연구 분석: 작업 치료 분야를 중심으로

감각통합 치료는 작업 치료 분야에서 ADHD 아동을 대상으로 많은 결과를 도출했으며, 신경 과학 등의 분야로 뻗어나가며 감각 통합이론을 널리 발전시켰다. 따라서 작업치료사가 감각통합 치료를 사용한 주의력 및 과잉행동에 미치는 적용 방법 및 효과에 대해서 구체적으로 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 2013년 6월부터 2024년 6월까지 RISS, KISS, DBPIA, Google 학술지, PubMed, Science direct, ERIC에서 10년간의 문헌을 검색하였다. Flowchart 4단계를 거쳐 총 7편의 문헌을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주된 효과로는 주의력 결핍 및 과잉행동 감소를 했으며, 둘째, 사회기술, 학업 기술, 운동기술 부분에서도 유의미한 효과를 보였다. 따라서 작업 치료 임상에서 근거 기반 중재에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 다양한 근거 자료와 정보를 제공했다는 데에 의의가 있고 앞으로의 작업 치료적 적용이 기대된다.
Abstract
Sensory integration therapy has brought forth many achievements in children with ADHD in the field of occupational therapy; it, has been expanded to the fields of neuroscience and special education to develop sensory integration theory. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically analyze the effects of occupational therapists on attention and hyperactivity using sensory integration therapy and how to apply it. This study searched through 10 years of literature on RISS, KISS, DBPIA, Google Journal, PubMed, Science Direct, and ERIC from June 2013 to June 2024. A total of seven documents were selected for analysis through PRISMA's 4-step flowchart . The main results are as follows. First, the main effects showed a decrease in attention deficit and hyperactivity; and second, significant effects were shown in social skills, academic skills, and motor skills. Through this, it is meaningful that clinical information and supporting data that can be appropriately used for evidence-based intervention in clinical practice have been prepared, and it is expected to be more useful and widely applied in clinical practices in the future.
