감각통합 무용동작치료 프로그램이 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동의 감각조절기능과 사회기술에 미치는 효과

초록

본 연구의 목적은 주의력결핍 및 과잉행동 장애아동에게 감각통합 무용동작치료 프로그램을 적용하여 감각조절기능과사회기술의 변화를 알아보고자 하는 것이었다. 연구에 참여한 아동은 소아정신과 의사 및 임상심리전문가를 통해서진단받은 30명의 아동을 대상으로 하였다. 이 아동들을 위한 감각통합 무용동작치료 프로그램 개발은 문헌고찰을 통해구성하였고, 이후 감각통합치료 전문가 3명, 표현예술치료사 3명, 무용 및 체육교사 2명, 총 8명에게 내용타당도 검증을받았다. 검증방법은 Fehring's diagnostic content validity model 의 내용타당도 검증방법 지수 (Content Validity Index:CVI)를 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS IBM24를 활용하여 일원공변량분석(ANCOVA)와 다변량공변량분석(MANCOVA)을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 감각통합 무용동작치료 프로그램은 주의력 결핍 및 과잉행동 장애 아동들에게 통계적으로 유의미하게 감각조절기능 향상에 효과가 있었다(P<.05). 둘째, 감각통합 무용동작치료 프로그램은 주의력결핍 및 과잉행동장애 아동의 통계적으로 유의미하게 사회기술 향상에 효과가 있었다(P<.05). 결론적으로 본 연구에서고안한 감각통합무용동작치료 프로그램이 주의력 결핍 및 과잉행동 장애아동의 다양한 치료 프로그램의 하나로서 활용되어지길 바라는 바이다.

Abstract

This study, sensory integration dance movement therapy programs focused on the sensory modulation functions and social skills for ADHD children were compared experimental group with control group. thirteen ADHD children, which are diagnosed by pediatric psychiatrists or clinical psychologists, were selected for this research. They were divided into two groups and each group was comprised of fifteen children. Evaluation of the main symptom, sensory modulation functions and social skills were performed by scores of the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis was conducted by SPSS IBM24 ANCOVA and MANCOVA was used for verification of the homogeneity in two groups. The major results of this study are as follows : The sensory modulation functions and social skills of experimental groups were improved in comparison with that of the control group at the post-evaluation(P<.05). at the result, program will be able to be effective in supporting symptoms to improve a child with ADHD with sensory modulation dysfunction and social skills.
