초록

연구목적: 노동인권교육 프로그램이 발달장애인의 노동인권 인식과 자기결정능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법: 발달장애 성인 28명을 대상으로 통제집단 사전-사후검사설계를 사용하여 총 16회기의 노동인권교육 프로그램을 중재하였으며, 두 독립표본 t 검정을 실시하여 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하였다. 또한 이를 적용할 수 있는 교육환경(인턴십)을 제공하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 실험집단이 통제집단보다 노동인권인식의 사전사후 변화량에서 큰 폭으로 향상되었다. 둘째, 실험집단이 통제집단보다 자기결정능력의 사전사후 변화량에서 큰 폭으로 향상되었다. 셋째, 실험진단 중 노동경험(유급인턴)에 따른 집단 간의 사전⋅사후 차이를 비교 분석한 결과 ‘노동인권 문제 상황인식’ 영역에서 노동경험이 있는 집단이 노동경험이 없는 집단보다 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 통해 노동인권교육 프로그램이 학령기 이후 성인 발달장애인의 노동인권 인식과 자기결정능력 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 미친다는 것을 보여준다. 뿐만 아니라, 노동인권 교육내용을 실천할 수 있는 환경의 제공을 통해 적응력과 응용력이 부족한 발달장애인들에게 실제적인 적용과 참여를 이끌어냈다는 점에서 실천적인 중재로서의 의의를 갖는다.

Abstract

The Effect of The Labor Human Rights Education Program to Enhance Labor Human Rights Perception And Self-Determination Ability for People with Developmental Disabilities Third, The group with labor experience showed a significant difference compared to the group without labor experience in the field of 'Situational perception of labor human rights problems'. The results of this study show that the labor human rights education program has a positive effect on the perception of labor human rights and self-determination ability of people with developmental disabilities. In addition, it has significance as a practical intervention in that it led to practical application and participation for the people with developmental disabilities who lack application ability by providing an educational environment in which the contents of labor human rights education can be practiced.
