이 연구는 자폐성 장애 학생을 대상으로 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 기반한 바리스타 직무 내용을 시각적 과제분석 전략으로 구성하여 적용하고, 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 일반 중학교에 재학 중인 자폐성 장애 학생 4명이었으며, 실제 카페 환경에서 중다 간헐 기초선 설계를 활용하여 중재를 실시하였다. 중재 결과, 모든 연구 참여 학생에게서 바리스타 직무의 독립 수행률과 숙련도 향상이 나타났고, 중재 종료 후에도 그 효과가 유지되었다. 특히, 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 기반으로 한 바리스타 직무교육을 자폐성 장애 학생에게 특화된 시각적 과제분석 전략과 결합하여 적용함으로써, 특수교육 현장에서 NCS 기반 직무 교육의 실효성과 적용 가능성을 입증하였다. 이는 직업훈련의 표준화 및 개인 맞춤형 지원을 통해 장애 학생들의 직무 수행 능력과 사회 진출 기회 확대에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한, 시각적 과제분석을 통한 체계적 지원은 자폐성 장애 학생의 직무 이해력 및 수행 독립성을 효과적으로 제고할 수 있음을 보여준다. 향후 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 더 다양한 NCS 직무 영역 및 지원 전략을 결합한 교육 프로그램 개발과 실증 연구가 필요하며, 이는 장애 학생들의 사회 적응력과 고용 가능성 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study aimed to apply and verify the effects of a visual task analysis strategy based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) for barista job content tailored for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The participants were four students with ASD attending middle schools, and the intervention was conducted using a multiple probe across subjects design in an actual café environment. The intervention results showed that all participating students demonstrated improved independent performance rates and skill proficiency in barista tasks, and these effects were maintained after the intervention ended. Notably, this study demonstrated the educational effectiveness and practical applicability of NCS-based barista job training combined with a visual task analysis strategy specifically designed for students with ASD. This suggests that standardized vocational training, combined with individualized support, contributes to enhancing the vocational performance and social participation opportunities for students with disabilities.
