본 연구는 대학생의 표절에 대한 인식을 측정할 수 있는 자기보고식 척도를 개발하고 타당화하고자 하였다. 선행 연구 검토를 통해 예비 문항을 제작하고 217명의 대학생의 응답에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 수행하여 본 검사를 위한 29문항을 확정하였다. 다음으로 대학생 361명을 새롭게 표집하여 그 응답을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 모형 적합도 지수, 수렴 타당도, 변별 타당도가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 6개 구인(태도, 지식, 경험, 개인적 원인, 사회적 원인, 준수 노력) 26문항을 표절에 대한 인식을 측정하는 도구로 제안하였고 관련한 연구의 시사점을 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to develop and validate a self-report scale that can measure college students’ perception of plagiarism. Preliminary items were created through a review of previous studies, and 29 items for the main test were confirmed through exploratory factor analysis of the responses of 217 college students. Next, a new sample of 361 college students was sampled and confirmatory factor analysis was performed on their responses. The result showed that the model fit index, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were sufficiently good. Based on these findings, 26 items in 6 constructs (attitude, knowledge, experience, personal cause, social cause, and compliance effort) were proposed as a tool to measure the perception of plagiarism, and the implications of related research were discussed.
