한국거주 중국 유학생의 과제표절에 대한 인식및 영향 요인 분석

본 연구는 한국의 주요 대도시 소재 4년제 대학에서 정규 학위과정에 재학중인 중국 유학생 212명을 대상으로과제표절에 대한 인식과 현황을 조사하고, 전체 응답자 중 과제표절 유경험자 114명을 대상으로 과제표절에 영향을미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 과제표절 관련 국내외 선행연구들을 분석하여 과제표절에 관한 인식(개인적인식, 관련지식)과 영향요인(개인특성, 교수자 특성, 교과목 특성, 과제특성, 테크놀로지)을 중심으로 설문문항을 구성하고전문가 평정 및 중국어 번역을 위한 중국어 원어민 검토를 거쳐 연구에 사용하였다. 설문자료의 통계적 분석을 위해SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, 차이분석 및 회귀분석을 실시한 결과에 기반하여 최근 국내대학에서 점진적으로 증가추세를 보이고 있는 외국인 유학생을 위한 학습윤리 교육 및 지원체제 개발 및 운영을위한 의미있는 시사점을 도출하였다.
Abstract
To explore the perception and experiences of Chinese college students on academic plagiarism in Korea, the study analyzed survey data collected from 212 Chinese students enrolled in Korean universities in three metropolitan cities. Based on extensive reviews of prior studies on academic plagiarism in higher education, the researchers came up with categories of contributing factors to college students’ plagiarism as personal, instructor-related, task-related, subject-related, and technology-related factors and developed a survey instrument consist of 88 questions. To summarize the study results, in order to enhance the awareness of the Chinese students on assignment plagiarism and prevent the assignment plagiarism, firstly, it is necessary to do assignment plagiarism prevention education targeting at Chinese students in the university. Secondly, instructors should react to the assignment plagiarism alertly and teach the students to form an honest attitude. Thirdly, it is necessary for the professors to provide detailed guide and feedback when proposing the assignment to the students. Fourthly, It is important to emphasize the personal factors of Chinese students in Korea. Fifthly, Korean lessons should be provided to the Chinese students continuously. Especially the lessons should be helpful for their enhancement of Korean academic writing.
