Abstract

Depending on the uncertain business environment, members also have psychological anxiety due to uncertainty about the organization. In particular, job stress is caused by anxiety about employment or pressure on performance, and distrust of the organization increases due to a price that does not meet expectations, which is a behavior of turnover. The purpose of this study is to verify whether if a member recognizes a psychological contract violation from the organization, the stress on the job increases and the intention to leave the organization increases. In addition, it was studied whether individual member's resilience could offset the intention to turnover due to stress on the job. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the violation of the psychological contract and the intention to turnover had a positive (+) effect. In other words, members who recognize that they have not received the expected price from the organization are distrusted and disappointed in the organization, and their intention to leave the organization increases. Second, it was confirmed that members who recognized the psychological contract violation increased their stress on their job and this increased their intention to turnover. Finally, as a result of verifying whether an individual's resilience is alleviated between job stress and turnover intention, if an individual's resilience is high, he or she quickly overcomes job stress and relieves job turnover intention. As a result of the above study, the perception of a member's psychological contract violation increases not only job stress but also the intention to leave the organization, so it is necessary to continuously observe what the member expects and wants, and to prepare appropriate compensation and management measures. In addition, in terms of easing individual resilience's intention to turnover, practical measures were suggested to increase individual self-esteem, strengthen resilience, and lower the member's turnover rate through various communication methods.
