역사적으로 볼 때, ‘유교문화권’에서의 ‘유교’의 실질적인 대상은 ‘성리학’이다. 따라서 동아시아 유교 문화권의 경제 발전은 성리학의 이념과 자본주의 경제발전과의 관계로 설명할 수 있다.본 논문은 성리학 이념의 역사적, 사상적 배경을 검토하고, 성리학 이념의 특징을 밝혔다. 그리고 성리학 이념이 유교 문화권에 끼친 영향을 종합적으로 검토하였다.이것에 근거하여, 본 논문은 성리학적 이념과 동아시아 자본주의 경제 발전과의 상호관계를 비교 분석하였다. 그 방법의 하나로 유교문화권 국가의 정부의 역할, 기업문화, 민중 의식 등을 국가별로 개괄하였다. 각 분야별로 성리학적 이념이 어떻게 영향을 끼쳤는지를 토론하였다.이러한 연구를 통해서 동아시아 경제 발전의 특징을 제시하고, 장래 지속적인 동아시아 경제발전의 모델을 모색하는 토대를 마련하였다.
Abstract
When based on history, the substantial object of "Confucianism" from the "Confucianism cultural area" is "the Neo-Confucianism." Therefore economic development of the East Asia Confucianism cultural area will be able to explain with relationship with Neo-Confucianism's ideology and economic development of capitalism. This dissertation has investigated the history of Neo-Confucianism's ideology and background of thoughts. And it has investigated the features of Neo-Confucianism ideology. Also it has taken collectively the influence of the Neo-Confucianism ideology on the Confucianism cultural area in consideration. Based on it, this paper compared and analyzed the inter-relationship of Neo-Confucianism ideology and East Asia capitalist economy development. As one of the method which practices it, I will summarize the role of the government of the Confucianism cultural area nations, enterprise culture and the populace ceremony. Also I will discuss how Neo-Confucianism ideology should have affected each role. Through this research, I presented the feature of East Asia economic development. And it prepared the bases which gropes the continuous model of East Asia economic development.
