현장실습의 실무능력이 전반적 만족과진로결정에 미치는 영향- 2년제 대학을 중심으로 -

초록

Despite the fact that college students are interested in careers in hotels, resorts, airline company and travel agencies, many of them are leaving the industry some time after having careers. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among satisfaction factors of field placement, overall satisfaction and career decision. In order to collect the data needed for this study, on-site questionnaire was developed. A convenience sample of subjects was obtained from college students who attend Junior College University. Data were collected through on-site surveys for 3 days between September 13th and September 15th, 2017. Three hypotheses were examined to represent relationships between satisfaction factors of field placement, overall satisfaction and career decision. The proposed hypotheses suggested that there are significant and positive relationship among three variables. A statistically significant and positive relationship between satisfaction factors and career decision suggested that satisfaction factors increase the overall satisfaction. At the same time, the greater satisfaction factors increases the job career decision. The findings of this study offer several managerial implications for Junior college directors in managerial positions.
